The machine series MAPLAN edition is equipped with the successful MAPLAN FIFO rubber injection unit. A constant L/D ratio guarantees the homogenous preparation of the compound. Another benefit is the very short distance from the pot chamber to the nozzle, this means that very little injection pressure is lost during the injection. The accuracy of the unit guarantees high-precise rubber parts. The easy cleaning minimizes the resulting down time.
