This machine, with a clamping force of 3000 kN, the newly developed MAPLAN FIFO DUALE rubber injection unit (simplified couple/uncouple function) and a full hydraulic clamping unit represents the middle-sized of the special MAPLAN O-Ring series and is developed for variable coupling situations between mould and nozzle.

The machine version is ground-breaking in production of high precise, flash-less parts in a fully automated environment.
