FIFO

The MAPLAN FIFO - rubber injection unit is an established and still preeminent component of the MAPLAN rubber injection moulding machines. Deciding preferences are the easiness of construction as well as the efficiency and preciseness of the system. The MAPLAN FIFO rubber injection unit enables injection pressures up to 2500bar on the mould via an extreme short nozzle with minimum pressure loss.

The established sizes of the MAPLAN FIFO rubber injection unit vary from 400cm³ to 8600cm³. Smaller units (10cm³ to 200cm³) as well as larger units (11500cm³ to 26400cm³) are available on request.
