High-pressure rubber injection unit
The new MAPLAN FIFO-High-pressure rubber injection unit operates with the established First In / First Out–principle. The first plasticized material will be injected first. A constant L/D ratio guarantees the homogeneous preparation of the mixture. The injection pressure at the MAPLAN FIFO-High-pressure rubber injection unit has been increased up to 2500 bar. The extremely short nozzle causes nearly no pressure reduction. The whole increased specific injection pressure is also available in the mould, in opposition to all comparable rubber injection units.
