  • Heating where it is needed! While the heating normally comes from above in other factories, meaning employees feel it on their heads, at MAPLAN it comes from below via the underfloor heating. There’s no standing and working on a cold floor here with us!
  • Green breaks – our spacious and green outdoor area invites you to spend your breaks in the open air.
  • Parties belong as part of life – our MAPLAN bungalow with terrace is the perfect location for departmental parties.
  • Stress-free journeys to work with low CO₂ emissions – MAPLAN supports carpooling with electric company cars.
  • Encouraging sustainability – MAPLAN will also organise the switch to an ecological energy supplier for private family households.
  • Creating open spaces – a lounge area in the office encourages both meetings in a relaxed atmosphere and creative breaks.
  • Supporting health at the workplace – this includes workplace evaluations together with experts from AUVA, new, gentler work shoes that aid standing for long periods, wider ladders for increased safety and smoking cessation programmes to increase quality of life.
  • The best possible lighting conditions – we don’t just keep our power consumption low through the use of modern LED technology, we also guarantee our staff lighting conditions which are kind to the eyes. The lighting system also provides optimal lighting conditions in the evening thanks to brightness control.
